Job Description
Into Jinsin Technology is a supplier of high-quality label materials headquarter in Shanghai, China. As we expand our footprint in Ethiopia, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead client acquisition efforts and drive market penetration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients in Ethiopia’s packaging and labeling sectors
Promote and sell Chinese-made label materials to local businesses
Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and account management
Receive credit for each secured client account
Contribute to market analysis and strategic sales planning
Compensation & Terms:
Monthly Salary: 20,000 ETB (subject to social security contributions and applicable deductions)
Probationary Period: 2 months
Full-time position with performance-based growth opportunities
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging, labeling, or related industries
Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with Label and packaging industry
