Task: Support General manager in daily operational management
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager (GM) in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operations.
Supervise department heads and ensure all teams meet performance and productivity targets.
Act as the acting manager in the GM’s absence.
Provide guidance, motivation, and support to staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
