Job Description
Previous work experience as a Barman.
Hands-on experience in serving of alcoholic beverages and bar equipment
Basic knowledge and skills of cocktails and coffee preparation
To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
To prepare and serve beverages according to the standard required.
To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts

Qualifications/Skills Required:
Ideally with a relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in related operations.
Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.
COC Certification is mandatory.
