Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Encoder to join our team and support the operation of our online job board platform. The ideal candidate should be focused, accurate, and committed to producing consistent, high-quality results.
Main Responsibilities:
Input, update, and format job posting data from employers into our system.
Review and refine job details to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
Follow our established templates and style guidelines for content entry.
Upload company logos, categorize listings, and maintain consistent formatting.
Communicate with the supervisor to resolve unclear or incomplete data.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold data accuracy standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and basic web navigation).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Good written communication skills in English and Amharic.
Ability to follow guidelines and complete tasks within deadlines.
Experience:
0 or 1 year of experience in data entry, digital content, or similar computer-based work.
Fresh graduates with strong computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.
