Position Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager to support the strategic and operational leadership of our chemical manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial operations, project management, and team leadership within the chemical or related manufacturing sectors. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, production planning, and quality control. 

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and compliance with safety standards. 

• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives across production, logistics, and supply chain. 

• Support budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for plant operations. 

• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure environmental and chemical safety compliance. 

• Drive innovation and operational excellence in line with company goals. 

• Represent the company in stakeholder meetings and industry forums. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Chemical manufacturing. 

• Strong knowledge of chemical production processes, safety protocols, and regulatory frameworks. 

• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
