Ethiopia Just for You Tour is looking for a driver.

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for tourists  the CEO ,other senior executives and VIP guests. The role requires exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and a proactive approach to all transportation and vehicle maintenance needs. 

Salary; Negotiable 

Location; Base Addis Ababa  with minimal going out side Addis Ababa

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide professional chauffeur services for tourists , for  business-related travel, including office, meetings, appointments, and airport transfers.

• Ensure timely arrival and departure for all appointments by planning the most efficient and safest routes while accounting for traffic, weather, and potential delays.

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, both inside and out, through regular cleaning and proactive maintenance checks (oil, tire pressure, fuel, etc.).

• Manage vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and service records.

• Exhibit the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding the customer schedule, private conversations, and destinations.

• Assist the customers with loading and unloading personal belongings or luggage as needed.

• Adapt to last-minute changes in schedules or routes with a calm and flexible demeanor.

• Run occasional errands as directed by the concerned people.

• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies at all times. 

Job Requirements

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of professional driving .

• Good in speaking writing and listening skills

• Possession of a valid, clean driver's licens

• A proven, impeccable driving record with no history of violations or accidents.

• Excellent geographical knowledge of the city surrounding areas major towns.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays 

• Age under 40

• Discretion: Must possess a strong sense of integrity and respect for confidentiality.

• Punctuality: Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.

• Proactive: Anticipate needs and potential issues, such as planning alternate routes.
