Job Description

The Receptionist (Secretary) is responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner. They will also assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide customer service support to clients and ensure that all inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Science, Customer Service, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

    Minimum of 3-year relevant Experience and Afan Oromo & Amharic Speaking is Mandatory speaking English is advantages
