About the Job - Description: This role is key to making our sales team more efficient and effective. The Sales Automation System Specialist will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing our CRM and other sales technology. You will ensure data integrity, create automated reports and dashboards, build efficient workflows to streamline the sales process, and provide technical support and training to the sales team. You are the architect of the system that will power our sales engine.

Job Requirements

• Requirement/Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Year of Experience: 2-4 years of experience managing and administering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and other sales automation tools.
