Job Title: Sales Automation System Specialist / CRM Specialist
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager
Special Skill: In-depth technical knowledge of CRM systems. Strong ability to analyze sales processes and create automated workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to train non-technical users.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

About the Job - Description: This role is key to making our sales team more efficient and effective. The Sales Automation System Specialist will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing our CRM and other sales technology. You will ensure data integrity, create automated reports and dashboards, build efficient workflows to streamline the sales process, and provide technical support and training to the sales team. You are the architect of the system that will power our sales engine.
Job Requirements
Requirement/Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Year of Experience: 2-4 years of experience managing and administering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and other sales automation tools.
