 Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager

Special Skill: Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience with vendor management and budget tracking. A creative mindset with the ability to manage on-the-ground logistics effectively.

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

About the Job - Description: The BTL Promotion Coordinator will bring our brand to life through direct engagement with consumers. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all our BTL promotional activities, such as in-store promotions, roadshows, events, and product sampling campaigns. This role requires a high-energy, hands-on individual who thrives on creating memorable brand experiences and driving customer acquisition through grassroots marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Requirement/Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Year of Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing BTL marketing campaigns, activations, or events.
