Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new sales opportunities within corporate and retail sectors.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.

• Understand client needs and provide customized promotional product solutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product proposals.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications in CRM.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• At least 2 years Proven experience in sales, preferably in promotional items, printing, or related industries .

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand client branding needs and recommend suitable products.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Existing client base in corporate gifting or promotional items is a strong advantage.

• Experience with sourcing from local or overseas suppliers is a plus.
