Job Description

Alema Farms PLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bole Bulbula Supermarket and Restaurant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, achieving sales targets, and upholding Alema Farms’ quality and hygiene standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate supermarket and restaurant staff.

  • Oversee daily sales, cash flow, and inventory management.

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, product display, and food safety.

  • Develop marketing and customer service initiatives to boost sales.

  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

  • Manage supplier relations and stock ordering in coordination with the head office.

  • Train and motivate staff to maintain excellent service quality.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or restaurant management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Amharic and English is required.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems) are an advantage.
