TADAL Trading PLC was established in 2012 and provides quality products and services to its customers. It manufactures and supplies construction materials (bricks, ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks, etc.). 

The Company seeks a qualified Block Machine Operator for its manufacturing plant. 

The Block Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the block-making machine to produce high-quality concrete blocks in accordance with production plans and standards. The role ensures efficiency, safety, and consistent quality throughout the production process while minimizing downtime and waste.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate block-making machines (e.g., hydraulic, automatic, or semi-automatic) according to daily production schedules.

• Adjust machine settings (mix proportions, vibration, compaction, etc.) to achieve desired block quality and strength.

• Feed raw materials (cement, sand, aggregate, water) into the hopper as required.

• Ensure proper curing and stacking of produced blocks.

• Inspect blocks for defects such as cracks, uneven edges, or color inconsistencies.

• Perform routine maintenance checks on the block machine and support equipment.

• Clean and lubricate machines regularly to ensure smooth operation.

• Report breakdowns or required repairs to the maintenance team promptly

Job Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Technical/vocational certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields

• At least two years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in brick, cement, or similar production lines

• Knowledge of block machine operation and concrete production process

• Understanding of mix designs, curing techniques, and block quality standards

• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
