Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile inventory accounts.
Analyze COGS and gross margin fluctuations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support internal and external audits.
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Supervise junior accounting staff and support cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.
Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
