Forward Logistics Technologies PLC would like to hire highly qualified candidates for the following vacant positions.
We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and capable of managing front office operations while also maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Clean and maintain office spaces, including desks, meeting rooms, kitchen, and restrooms.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are upheld at all times.
Greet and welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Support administrative staff with basic errands or office tasks.
Monitor and restock cleaning and hospitality supplies.
Report any issues with office cleanliness or maintenance needs.
Education: Degree , Diploma or Certificate of Competency (COC) in a related field preferred
Experience: 0-1 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
