We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Supermarket Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing staff to maintain a positive shopping environment. Key responsibilities include supervising and training employees, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing store policies and procedures.

The Supervisor will also assist in merchandising, maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, and address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding service are essential for this role. Previous experience in retail or supermarket management is preferred

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a cashier (required).

• Proficient in handling both cash and electronic payments.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

• Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
