We The Louvre Hotel and Restaurant are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders

• Serve food and beverages to customers

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

• Handle cash and credit card transactions

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

• Upsell menu items and promote specials

• Follow all health and safety regulations

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a waitress or similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work well in a team

• Knowledge of food and beverage service

• diploma or equivalent in food and beverages service
