Job Purpose:-To support the company secure loan from different financial institutions by creating and maintaining long term relationships

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deals with and follows up bank activities in relation to loans and advances.

• Assesses the financial needs of the group and recommends the best loan packages. 

• Analyzes the company’s financial information to determine company’s eligibility for loans and bank advances.

• Fills loan applications appropriately.

• Negotiates loan terms and conditions with banks or other financial sources.

• Monitors loan performance and ensures that the company meets its repayment obligations as promised.

• Builds and maintains relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

• Prepare all necessary documents needed by the loan providers.  

• Processes loan applications and performs administrative tasks such as collecting and storing paperwork related to each loan of the company. 

• Monitors quarterly and annual compliance with loan agreements.

• Leads in identifying risk, developing complex mitigation strategies in collaboration with Finance team. 

• Prepares management need driven reports timely

• Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification

•   Education:  BA in accounting/ Banking & finance/ Management/economics/related field of study.

Experience 

• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in banking business special exposure in credit and/or trade finance position.   

Skills 

• Strong knowledge of loan management, banking, and accounting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent Reporting and Analytical skills.

• Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.

• Time management skills.
