We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions and Product Manager to lead our Infrastructure Department, which focuses on network systems, security, and computing and data center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive project management experience, and relevant industry certifications. This role involves coordinating team efforts, supporting the sales team with custom-made client solutions, managing projects, and ensuring smooth workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Coordination: Lead and manage the infrastructure team, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the pre-sales team to identify client needs and provide infrastructure solutions.

• Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables while aligning with company goals.

• Technical Expertise: Utilize strong technical knowledge to inform decision-making and guide the team in implementing best practices.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to streamline workflows and resolve interdepartmental issues.

• Client Engagement: Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions.

• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all projects meet industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in infrastructure management and solution development.

• Strong project management skills, with a record of successfully managing complex projects.

• Technical expertise in relevant infrastructure technologies and methodologies.

• Industry-standard certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, HCNP, CCNP) are highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
