Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain calendars and update schedules for supervisors or departments.

  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested.
