Job Description
Site task excute, Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation, Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, Track project progress and generate regular status reports, Maintain accurate project records, contracts, correspondence, and work orders, prepare work reports, Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on assigned action points, Ensure compliance with project scope, quality standards, and timelines, Support procurement processes and logistics for materials and equipment, Handle project-related administrative tasks as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and records.
Prepare and distribute project documentation (e.g., reports, meeting minutes, schedules).
Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Job Requirement
(Qualification) (Educational Baground) & Experience with Similar works & Special skills:
Candidates must possess a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, eletro mechanical engineering or related fields.
Only 2016 or 2017 E.C. graduates are eligible.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Auto Cad and other project tracking tools.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Good efficiency of work and handover reports skill.
Ready to technical site works & coordinate technicians
