Job Description
Location: Tazma medical and surgical specalized center
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse with at least one year and above professional experience to join our healthcare team. The nurse will provide high-quality patient care, assist physicians, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients in accordance with hospital standards and nursing best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patients’ conditions, vital signs, and progress reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Assist in diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and emergency response when required.
Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are strictly followed.
Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of wards, equipment, and medical supplies.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
License: Valid professional nursing license/registration with [Country’s Nursing Council].
Experience: 1year and above
Skills:
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Work Conditions:
Shift-based schedule (day/night rotations).
Exposure to clinical and emergency environments.
