Job Description
REALITY REAL ESTATE is a prominent player in the real estate development sector in Ethiopia. The company has focused on constructing high-quality residential apartments that meet the growing demands of urban living.
Managing construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Engineer will work closely with project managers, sub-contractors, and other engineers to ensure the successful execution of construction plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and sub-contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to the project Manager.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Supervise construction activities and manage subcontractors effectively.
Ensure work is carried out as per design, plans, and relevant codes.
Provide engineering support and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process with other project team.
Review technical drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports and technical specifications, report and payments
Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring materials and workmanship meet project standards.
Conduct tests and inspections as required validating those construction activities meet quality benchmarks.
Assist in project budgeting and cost management.
Monitor expenditures and provide accurate forecasts regarding project costs.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid budget overruns.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, construction management or other similar fields with a minimum of 5 years work experience in construction or real estate sectors
Competencies:
consulting, conceptual and Human relation Skills;
Good decision-making ability;
Able to work under strict time pressure and time framed working environment;
