Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a large-scale construction project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Location: Addis Ababa 

Employment type: Full time 

Salary: Negotiable

 Duty and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of Foreman sub-contractors, and laborers to ensure project goals are met.

• Implement weekly project schedules, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

• Identify and resolve day to day construction issues minimizing delays and costs.

• Manage materials, equipment, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

Job Requirements

Qualification and experience 

• Technical Diploma in construction, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Project General Foreman or equivalent experience in real estate projects.

Competencies:

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
