Duties & Responsibilities:
Actively listen to clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales activities, and submit regular reports in line with company standards.

Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure all marketing and promotional materials align with the company’s brand guidelines.
Uphold a professional appearance and strictly adhere to company policies.
Collaborate with team members to promote the company’s products and strengthen overall brand presence.
Job Requirements
Requirements
1–2 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market, property trends, and relevant regulations.
Preferred Qualities
Active presence on social media platforms, especially TikTok, for marketing and client engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
Genuine passion for real estate, demonstrated through solid industry knowledge and commitment to client success.
Preferred Background
Previous experience with reputable real estate agencies or property development firms.
Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end sales processes within the real estate industry.
