Job Description
To provide a full Secretarial and administrative support service to the General Manager.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides a full Secretarial and administrative support service to the GM
Maintains the diary and arrange appointment as necessary
Writes reports and routine correspondences
Screens and respond to all in-coming telephone calls and take action as appropriate
Drafts routing correspondence for approval and signature by the MD
Receives visitors to the Office
Opens and distributes posts.
Attends and minutes all Management meetings and arrange for distribution of the Minutes.
Maintains the office filing system.
Makes arrangements for any meetings requested by the Managing Director.
Arrange documents which might require contact with external bodies, as required by the Managing Director.
Operates standard office equipment.
Performs other duties as deemed necessary.
B.A Degree or college Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or any other related field. 4/6 years & obeve work experience on the same Position.
