Job Description
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Electronics Sales Manager on behalf of a private company.
Electronics Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the electronics market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills and in depth knowledge of consumer or industrial electronics products
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
Identify new business opportunities, key markets and customer segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and corporate clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch new products and promotions.
Handle negotiations and finalize high-value deals and contracts.
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage after-sales service support.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics Sales or Sales Management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Expertise in electronic products and market trends, proficient in CRM software and available for travel as needed
