Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and brand strategy of our hotel. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility through innovative marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s rooms, restaurants, events, and services.
Manage online and offline advertising campaigns, including social media, website content, and email marketing.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize bookings and revenue.
Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and travel partners.
Oversee brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and market growth.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
