We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Head (Chief Engineer) to lead our hotel’s maintenance and engineering operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all technical systems, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance to support exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Manage maintenance team and coordinate with all departments.

• Monitor energy use and control maintenance costs.

• Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.

• Respond to technical emergencies and guest maintenance issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel maintenance, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Willingness to work flexible hours
