We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage all financial aspects of our hotel operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a vital part in driving profitability and supporting the hotel’s overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, payroll, and auditing.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
Monitor cost control, revenue management, and profitability across all departments.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when required.
Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
BA/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Proficiency in relevant accounting software and financial tools. e.g. CNET System, Peachtree accounting and others.
Minimum of 5 years finance experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and financial management practices.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel advanced skills required).
