Job Description
We are seeking a Pre-sales Engineer who will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and technical teams in delivering integrated hardware, and software, solutions to clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, designing appropriate solutions, preparing technical and financial proposals, and providing pre-sales demonstrations that align with Total Tech Solution Provider PLC’s (TTSP) service offerings.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and presentation skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-focused solutions. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to ensure successful bid responses, solution design, and client satisfaction.
1. Pre-Sales & Solution Design
Collaborate with sales teams to gather client requirements and identify appropriate technical solutions.
Design and present customized hardware, software, and integrated solutions to prospective clients.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals and cost breakdowns.
Participate in RFQs/RFPs and ensure all technical specifications are accurately addressed.
Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and client presentations.
2. Tender & Documentation Support
Review tender documents, prepare compliance matrices, and develop winning bid responses.
Create high-quality technical documentation, diagrams, and presentations.
Support management in the evaluation and comparison of potential vendors and technologies.
3. Technical Evaluation & Solution Feasibility
Assess the feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure deliverability and alignment with company capabilities.
Provide insights on product performance, compatibility, and integration with client environments.
4. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout the sales cycle.
Support negotiations by clarifying technical requirements and addressing customer concerns.
Ensure accurate handover to project and implementation teams post-contract award.
5. Market & Product Knowledge
Maintain an in-depth understanding of TTSP’s product portfolio across hardware and software domains.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Recommend enhancements to existing solutions based on market demand and client feedback.
Key Technologies & Tools:
Hardware Solutions: Servers, Storage, Networking Devices
Software Solutions: ERP, CRM, Cloud, and System Integration Platforms
Tools: AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project, GitHub, JIRA, Trello
Protocols & Platforms: REST APIs, Networking (LAN/WAN), Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Cloud (AWS, Azure)

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, BIS, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Solution Design, or Technical Consultancy within the tech sector.
Proven experience preparing and presenting technical proposals and bid documentation.
Experience working with enterprise clients or infrastructure projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication (English fluency required).
Ability to translate client needs into viable technical solutions.
