Job Description
Provide support to departments and programme team in the preparation of various Project Proposals, Grant agreements documents and correspondence with different regional and federal stakeholders.
Prepare material/slides in PowerPoint for presentation in close collaboration with Project Coordination Team.
Draft and prepare correspondence as deemed necessary.
Develop and maintain an efficient filing of Project Operations for the Project Coordination Office.
Maintain and organize up-to date hard and electronic copies of the various Project reports, Grant applications, plan of operations etc.
Represent departments and programme team to communicate with government stakeholders and other partners pertaining to Project Coordination Office
Qualifications: MA or MBA. (In Project Planning or Business Administration)
Work Experience: A Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Management Assistant or Program Assistant or similar role.
Gender: Female
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional telephone, fax and email etiquette
Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficient).
Language: A good command of speaking & writing Amharic, English, German or any other foreign language
Salary: Negotiable
Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract
Duty stations: Program Coordination Office, Addis Ababa
