Position: Preschool Teacher
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will create a positive classroom environment that inspires learning through play, exploration, and structure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum.
Prepare classroom materials and ensure a clear understanding of lesson objectives.
Create a positive, play-based learning environment that encourages independent exploration.
Maintain consistent classroom routines and effective behavior management strategies.
Guide and support the assistant teacher to ensure smooth classroom operations.
Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student records.
Foster a culture of respect, safety, and inclusion in the classroom.
Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to ensure high-quality instruction and care.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or related field preferred).
Experience: 0–2 years of experience working with children (preschool or early childhood setting is an advantage).
Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with young children.
Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for hands-on learning.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic classroom environment.
