We are also seeking a qualified professional to manage our Finance and HR departments with the following profile:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in finance, administration, or HR management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial/accounting software.
Proficiency with general computer software and office systems.
mathematical ability and analytical thinking.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and focused, given the importance of accuracy in financial management.
Ability to handle administrative functions, including HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee management.
Good organizational and leadership skills, capable of ensuring smooth workflow across both finance and HR functions.
Ability to execute tasks independently while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines.
