The Showroom Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting Wagwago Electric’s products, and ensuring the showroom operates as an engaging and effective sales environment. This role requires a customer-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to drive sales and maintain our brand image.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in the showroom, providing them with product information and exceptional service.

• Promote and sell Wagwago Electric’s products effectively and knowledgeably.

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom that aligns with brand standards.

• Build and nurture customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

• Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.

Job Requirements

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with relevant work experience in sales or customer service & in the electrical or related industry is preferred.
