Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Graduate Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including employee data management, payroll processing, insurance coordination, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations and contribute to the company’s digital presence and client acquisition efforts. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including personal data, contracts, and HR letters.

  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate documentation of insurance coverage and claims.

  • Track and manage employees leave data and insurance-related information.

  • Coordinate logistics for client employees, 

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Preparation of HR documents like letters, contracts, payment requests and others

  • Prepare periodic HR reports and ensure data accuracy across systems.

  • Engage actively on the company’s social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and employer branding.

  • Communicate effectively with new clients during introductory and onboarding calls.

  • Contribute to lead generation efforts and supporting initiatives to acquire new clients.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Recent year Graduate (2024/2025)

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
