Position: IT Support Intern

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in person.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network devices.

  • Support the setup and maintenance of printers, scanners, and other peripherals
