TVET Level 4 or Diploma in On-site Construction Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Leading a scaffolding team to erect and modify scaffolding structures - Following safety regulations and industry guidelines. - Checking scaffolding materials and equipment before use. - Leading and training scaffolding workers. - Checking scaffolding materials. - Submit reports to management. - Resolve problems that arise during scaffolding operations. - Monitor all stages of the construction process. Coordinate various teams, assign tasks, and resolve problems - Comply with and enforce relevant safety regulations
