Job Description

We Chilalo Food Complex are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Accounting Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records

  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups

  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
