Under the supervision of shift production supervisor packing operator is responsible and accountable for
performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on
assigned machines. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications
and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.

• Operates machines in the packing Section.

• Ensures the proper conveyance and feeding of ingredients to intermediate stages.

• Ensures the proper function of machines and reports on malfunctioning ones.

• Assists in the maintenance of machines in the Section.

• Ensures the proper handling of all raw materials and related inputs.

• Ensures the proper cleaning of machines and devices.

• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.

• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation

•  Maintain an implementation of 5S, EMS, OHSMS AND FSMS

• Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.

• Performs other duties as directed by line manager

• Participate on team work strongly

• Ensure the production and supply of safe products across the supply chain

•  Prevent cross-contamination and control hazards by developing or innovating systems/methods.

• Ensure that all CCP are monitored properly.

• Use R rules (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rethink, etc.) to avoid or minimize discharges to water, emissions to air and disposal to land

• Implement policies, procedures and standards so as to avoid workers and other personnel harm

• Handle, store and manage chemicals and hazardous materials that can pose injury and ill health

QUALIFICATIONS: -

• TVT more than label 3 in industrial and general mechanic or related filed

Experience: - 

• 0–3-year experience on food manufacturing company
