Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform spare parts sales and aftermarket activities
Responsible for addressing customer problems within established response time
Assist in preparing customers visiting Action plan with in Department
Maintain documentations for all detail customers address, Machine history, etc…
Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
Assist in overseeing post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Travel to customer sites for sales support or on-site troubleshooting
Job Requirements
BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro mechanical Engineering or other field related
Minimum of 3 years or above experience in Sales or aftermarket
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent customer handing skill.
Attention to detail.
