Job Announcement: Asphalt Plant Operator

Location: Juba, South Sudan 

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years

We are seeking a highly experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to oversee the daily operations of our asphalt production facility in Juba. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in asphalt plant operations, maintenance, and team supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure efficient production.

• Maintain plant machinery and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with construction teams to meet project timelines.

• Maintain accurate production records and inventory logs.

• Supervise plant staff and provide training as needed.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

• Proven experience operating batch or drum mix asphalt plants.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with computerized plant control systems.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
