Bayer Ethiopia is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support its supply chain operations in Enjibara .
The role involves managing warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy in inventory control, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with both internal teams and external service providers to achieve on-time and cost-effective delivery of products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory movement in SAP and distribution centers (owned and 3PL) while ensuring FEFO/FIFO compliance and inventory accuracy.

• Oversee warehouse operations including handling of expired stocks, relabeling, complaints, and waste disposal according to company policies.

• Perform loading, offloading, and storage of finished goods safely and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records through weekly and monthly stock counts and real-time updates of stock cards.

• Supervise casual workers and coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth operations.

• Implement and enforce safety standards (OHSAS 18001) and warehouse housekeeping.

• Facilitate fumigation, pest control, and destruction of written-off or expired products.

• Support procurement and logistics activities as needed.

• Report any non-conformities or safety issues in warehouse operations to management.

• Continuously improve warehouse efficiency and contribute to cost optimization initiatives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Competencies

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Distribution (Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage).

• 1 years of relevant experience in warehousing and distribution.

• SAP system knowledge is mandatory.

• Experience handling seeds, crop protection products, or agricultural inputs is a strong advantage.

• Forklift driving certification and valid driver’s license required.
