Job Description
The Senior Property Head will oversee the company’s property portfolio, including acquisition, management, leasing, maintenance, and disposal of properties. This role ensures optimal use and profitability of assets while complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement property management strategies.
Oversee property acquisitions, leasing, maintenance, and disposals.
Monitor property performance and prepare regular reports.
Ensure compliance with property-related regulations and laws.
Lead and manage the property management team.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding property matters.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in property management or real estate.
Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing, and facilities management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
