The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial regulations. This role supports strategic financial planning and decision-making to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Generate accurate financial reports and statements.
Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and overall financial performance.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, laws, and regulations.
Provide financial advice and insights to senior management.
Supervise finance staff and coordinate accounting functions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
