Solstice Ventures is looking for a Software Engineer (AI & Systems Integration) to join our growing technology team. You’ll work on developing software platforms, integrating business systems, and building AI-powered tools that support our internal operations and new venture initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about coding, automation, and artificial intelligence—whether you’re a recent graduate eager to learn or an experienced developer ready to work on real-world applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems using modern web and backend frameworks.

• Build integrations between tools such as Odoo, Microsoft 365, Notion, and internal systems.

• Develop and deploy AI-powered features—including chatbots, copilots, and internal automation tools.

• Work with APIs, databases, and cloud services to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, finance) to understand workflow needs and deliver automation solutions.

• Experiment with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI to explore AI-driven innovations.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with web development frameworks such as FastAPI, Node.js, React, or Next.js.

• Understanding of databases, API development, and cloud computing fundamentals.

• Curiosity and willingness to learn about AI systems, machine learning APIs, and automation tools.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with AI or automation frameworks like LangChain, Pinecone, or CrewAI.

• Knowledge of data processing, RAG systems, or vector databases.

• Exposure to ERP, CRM, or business process systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP).

• Experience with Docker, Git, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
