Job Description
Junior Sales Officer is responsible identifying new clients, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate sales records. They also respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and stay updated on product knowledge to effectively promote company offerings.

Duty station: Yeka Sub city, Around 22 Mazoria Avenue
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services to potential clients.
Work towards achieving set sales targets and performance goals.
Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide product information to ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle administrative tasks, maintain sales records in customer databases or CRM systems, and prepare sales reports.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations or marketing, to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
Stay informed about market trends to identify new opportunities.
Continuously update knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate and current information to customers.
Job Requirements:
Requirements/qualifications
Education: B.A degree in Business field or any other related fields
Experience: 0-1 year of experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Strong customer relationship management
