We are seeking a well-organised, professional, and friendly Receptionist/Secretary to serve as the primary point of contact for our company.

Location: Addis Ababa, Around Gazebo Roundabout

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

  • Manage meeting schedules and appointments.

  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments as needed

  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).

  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning.

Job Requirement:

Required Qualifications:

  • Deduction: Diploma or degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or secretarial role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other local languages.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Professional appearance and demean our.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
