Job Description
We are seeking a well-organised, professional, and friendly Receptionist/Secretary to serve as the primary point of contact for our company.
Location: Addis Ababa, Around Gazebo Roundabout

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage meeting schedules and appointments.
Provide administrative support to management and various departments as needed
Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning.
Required Qualifications:
Deduction: Diploma or degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or secretarial role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other local languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Professional appearance and demean our.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
