Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Creating, managing, and monitoring project budgets, ensuring costs stay within approved limits.  - Accurately tracking all project expenses, including materials, labor, and subcontractors.  - Preparing and analyzing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Reviewing and processing subcontractor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.  - Reviewing, coding, and processing invoices from vendors and suppliers.  - Managing the collection of payments from clients.  - Working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare and process all the financial data of the project office and ensure entries are accurately documented. - Ensure the monthly financial closure of accounts are done timely and ensure hardcopies and electronic copies of financial reports are submitted to the Finance Manager. - Provide support to Finance Manager throughout the project cycle to ensure compliance with RACIDA’s policies and procedures and any donor-specific requirements.
