Job Description

Ashewa Technology Solution is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead an immediate operational transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in crisis management, organizational restructuring, and strategic leadership to stabilize ongoing projects, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.

The COO will oversee the company’s daily operations and implement strategies that improve performance, profitability, and organizational alignment. This role requires a decisive leader capable of executing turnaround strategies, optimizing resources, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Direct, manage, and optimize day-to-day business operations to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

  • Turnaround Management: Lead crisis recovery and restructuring initiatives to restore stability and accelerate growth.

  • Strategic Execution: Translate the company’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans with measurable outcomes.

  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM): Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company priorities and timely resolution of bottlenecks or delays.

  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure efficient use of financial and human resources.

  • Performance Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by implementing efficient systems, processes, and performance measurement tools.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of organizational objectives.

  • Culture and People Leadership: Foster a results-oriented, accountable, and collaborative company culture that motivates employees and enhances team performance

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior operational or executive management roles.

  • Proven track record in managing complex business operations, ideally within fast-paced or turnaround environments.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
