Job Description

Job Title: Finance & Registration Officer

SkyTech IT Training Center and Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Registration Officer to manage financial records, student payments, and support business growth through client outreach and coordination. The role combines accounting, registration, and sales support responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounts for the company.

  • Manage student payments, invoices, and receipts.

  • Reconcile accounts and track outstanding payments.

  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.

  • Handle VAT-related administration, reporting, and compliance.

Registration & Student Relations:

  • Collect payments and register students across different environments (online/offline, sales channels, or partner institutions).

  • Maintain organized records of students and client interactions.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students and client organizations.

Sales & Outreach:

  • Organize sales and outreach efforts to attract potential clients and partners.

  • Coordinate with partners and sectors to facilitate company projects and promotions.

  • Support the business development team in executing marketing and client engagement activities.

Administrative Support:

  • Ensure smooth coordination between the finance office, students, and business development team.

  • Support general office tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements / Criteria:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience in accounting or financial administration.

  • Experience with VAT reporting and related regulatory requirements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students and partners.

  • Basic knowledge of IT training, software solutions, or project coordination is a plus.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office.

Soft Skills:

  • Friendly and approachable, able to build relationships easily.

  • Proactive problem-solving and multitasking ability.

  • Honest and trustworthy, especially in handling financial transactions.
